Atiku Responds To The Exoneration Of AFDB President

Ex Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has responded to the absolution of the President of the African Development Bank (AfDB), Akinwumi Adesina, by an Independent Review Panel set up to examine him.

The board was set up by AFDB Bureau of Governors, following a grumbling by the United States.

The board discovered that the charges against Adesina were appropriately thought of and excused by the Committee.

The board said it considered the President’s entries all over and discovers them predictable with his honesty and to be convincing.

Responding, Atiku said the absolution implies that a falsehood has no legs.

He said in his tweet, The exoneration of @akin_adesina of charges of misrepresentation by an autonomous @AfDB_Group audit board affirms the maxim that a falsehood has no legs.”
